1. Eligibility

* The sweepstakes is open to legal residents of the United States, who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry.

* Employees, officers, directors, agents, and representatives of Renegade Brands and their respective affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, and immediate family members or household members of each are not eligible to participate.

2. Sweepstakes Period

​

* The sweepstakes begins on Sunday, June 21, 2025 and ends at 12:00 pm (PST) on Monday, June 23, 2025.

* Entries submitted before or after the Sweepstakes Period will not be eligible.

3. How to Enter

​

* To enter, participants must fill out the form shown above with the required information and submit online..

* Only one entry per person will be accepted unless otherwise specified. Multiple entries from the same individual will be disqualified.

* No purchase necessary to enter or win.
* By entering, all participants agree to receive marketing and product information from Renegade Brands USA, Inc.

 

4. Prize

​

* One (1) winner will receive one (1) Dyson Supersonic™ Hair Dryer.

* The prize is non-transferable and no cash alternative or substitution is permitted except at the sole discretion of Renegade Brands.

* Renegade Brands reserves the right to substitute the prize for another prize of equal or greater value if the prize is unavailable for any reason.

5. Winner Selection and Notification

​

* The winner will be selected in a random drawing from all eligible entries received during the Sweepstakes Period.

* The drawing will be conducted by Renegade Brands or its designated representatives at 12:00 pm (PST) on June 23, 2025 during the last day of International Esthetics, Cosmetics & Spa show.

* The winner will be notified via email or text message (if phone number provided.) Winner does not need to be in attendance at time of drawing to receive prize

* If the winner does not respond within 2 days of notification, the prize may be forfeited and an alternate winner selected.

6. Publicity

* By entering, the winner agrees to allow Renegade Brands to use their name, likeness, and entry for promotional and marketing purposes without additional compensation, except where prohibited by law.

7. Privacy

* Information collected from entrants is subject to Renegade Brands' privacy policy and will be used only for the purposes of administering the sweepstakes.

8. General Conditions

 

* Renegade Brands reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the sweepstakes if fraud, technical failures, or any other factor beyond Renegade Brands’ reasonable control impairs the integrity of the sweepstakes.

* By participating, entrants agree to be bound by these rules and the decisions of Renegade Brands, which are final and binding in all matters relating to the sweepstakes.

* Renegade Brands is not responsible for any technical, hardware, software, or human error that may occur in the administration of the sweepstakes or the processing of entries.

 

9. Limitation of Liability

 

* By entering, participants release and hold harmless Renegade Brands, Dyson, and their respective affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, and their employees, officers, and directors from any and all liability for any injuries, loss, or damage of any kind arising from or in connection with the sweepstakes or the prize awarded.

* The sweepstakes is governed by the laws of Ohio, USA, without regard to conflict of laws principles.
